Arlette Souhami met Leonor Fini in 1978 and, from that moment on, became her gallerist. In Fini’s work, the feminine takes on both radiant and fierce aspects: it is a hybrid between human and animal, a sphinx, a warrior, a deity, and ultimately an agent of metamorphosis, responsible for ushering in a change of era.
